Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damaged or incorrect items. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us at iamforgiven.quan@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
How do I request a refund?
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We may offer free shipping on select orders or promotions.

• Wash inside out, use a cold wash, Iron inside out, hang dry for lasting quality!

We appreciate your interest in representing IAMFORGIVEN and being part of the message we’re building. At this time, we are not accepting new ambassadors. However, we’re always looking to connect with individuals who genuinely align with the heart behind the brand.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We plan to expand internationally in the future.
